These are very cute, and can be very simply iced with their ribbon edges detailed and a few polka dots added for wrapping paper.  Or use as a party game for older kids to smother in lots of icing and stick on coloured cachons (balls), mini M&M’s and some edible glitter.  Use these smaller cakes alongside a larger cake for those party guests with special dietary requirements such as gluten or dairy free cakes.

 Make lovely detailed little cakes for an afternoon tea party with some pretty iced edges and some edible glitter, and look amazing on a vintage tiered cake stand along with the Rose cakelettes.
