Dolly Varden Tin

Very popular with girls of all ages.  The Hire is for the tin only; we do stock the Dolls ($10) – which fit the slot made by the tin.  An ordinary doll is too tall for the tin and will need her legs amputated in order to fit inside the cake.  This slot is how the cake cooks in the middle – much like an ordinary ring tin, and is why an ordinary pudding basin results in a cake with a soggy centre or an overcooked cake with a dry/burnt exterior in order to get the centre to cook through.
